Please let the office know if your information/picture needs to be added to the directory or if any current information needs updated (i.e., address, phone number, new family member). If any of this applies to you, please fill out a COTR Directory form, located on whiteboard, and turn it into the office.
• Pregnancy Help Center Golf for Life Scramble Fundraiser will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025. The fee is $150 per player or $600 for a team. This fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, breakfast, snacks, beverages and lunch buffet. You may register online at www.phcgolfscramble.com  More information located on COTR whiteboard.
• Save the Date! Adult Fall Fun Night at Buies residence on Saturday, Sept. 20th.
• Next organizing, sorting, cleaning day at the Rescue Mission will be on Tuesday, August 19th from 8:30-11:30am. More information & sign-up sheet located on the COTR whiteboard.
• Volunteers needed to help serve lunch at the Rescue Mission the 3rd Friday of each month from 11:30am-1:30pm. Also, need volunteers to make cupcakes each month. Sign-up sheets located on the COTR whiteboard.
