• It’s time to sign up for the PHC Walk for Life 2026! This event will be held at Boardman Park on Saturday, May 9th, at 9 am. Participate by getting sponsors and walking, sponsoring someone, or underwriting a donation. See Dee Deem for more information and/or forms needed.
• Save the date for VBS at COTR! July 20th-24th from 6-8:30 pm. This year’s theme is Illumination Station; Shining a light on who Jesus really is! Information on registration and volunteer sign-up will be coming soon. See Jocelyn McClellan or Linda Penney with any questions.
• Next Books & Brunch will be held on Saturday, April 25th, from 9-11 am. More information and questions for the book are located on the whiteboard.
• 2-3 Year Old Junior Church will begin on April 26th. Drop-off and pick-up will be in the Yellow Room. A quick parent meeting will be held today after church in the Yellow Room. For more information or any questions, see Audrey Gale or Sydni Stoffer.
• Joy in the Mourning will meet on Sunday, April 26th after service. A light lunch will be served. Please let Debbie Yurchison or Stephanie Olesko know if you will attend.
• COTR Mom’s Night Out will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, here at the church from 4-7 pm. Register online on the church website under events or use the QR code found on the whiteboard. This is the last week to register. See Glenn McClellan with any questions.
• Thrivent Financial, located in Town One Square Plaza, is hosting a community shred event on Saturday, May 2nd, from 9 am-12 pm. Bring your documents that need to be securely shredded. Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank. See Dominic Russo with any questions.
• Donations of new or gently used clothes are being collected for the men at Teen Challenge. Please place your items in the marked box under the coat rack by the kitchen.
• Dave Sargent is in need of a 7ft handrail for his stairway.
• Volunteers are needed to be part of a cleaning, sorting of donations, or organization crew at the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley on Tuesday, April 21st, from 8:30-11:30 am. Sign-up sheet on whiteboard.
• Volunteers needed to help serve lunch at the Rescue Mission on the 3rd Friday of each month from 11:30 am-1:30 pm. Also, volunteers to make cupcakes each month. Sign-up sheets located on whiteboard.
• Attention COTR Event Organizers: You are responsible for purchasing bottled water that is needed for your event. Please do not use the water that is in the kitchen for Sunday Service. Thanks
